Assisting all computer and telephone users in gaining access to their systems and to resolve user problems as they arise;
Planning for and facilitating the growth of the information and telecommunication systems in terms of both hardware and software;
Facilitating the increased productivity of all City departments through the use of the City's data processing and telecommunication resources; and
Enhancing the City's reach to its citizens through information technology.
